Job Title: BHU MITRA GRAM SATHI Organization: Bhu Mitra Yuva SangathanJob Description:We are looking for motivated, responsible, and dedicated individuals to work as Village Mission Managers in rural areas.The main responsibility of a Village Mission Manager is to implement the organization’s social welfare programs, promote community development, create awareness among villagers, and connect people with the organization’s mission and initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate organizational activities at the village level.Conduct village visits and build relationships with local communities.Promote membership and increase awareness of the organization’s mission.Organize social welfare programs, health camps, environmental activities, and educational initiatives.Identify local issues and work towards finding solutions.Coordinate with village volunteers and senior officials.Prepare activity reports and provide regular updates to the organization.Required Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills.Interest in social work and rural development.Leadership and team management abilities.Basic knowledge of smartphones and computers.Willingness to travel within nearby villages.Who Can Apply?
